About Us
Society of Coordination for Professional Associations
A national platform established to enhance cooperation and integration among professional associations across various sectors in the UAE.
Founded by Ministerial Resolution No. (297/1994) issued on 9 July 1994 by His Excellency Saif Ali Al Jarwan, Minister of Labour and Social Affairs, the Society was created to unify efforts and strengthen collaboration among professional bodies within the country.
We work to foster dialogue, exchange expertise, and build strategic partnerships that contribute to improving the efficiency of professional work and promoting best institutional practices. Through a comprehensive coordinating framework, we aim to empower professional associations to effectively fulfill their developmental roles while serving both professional and national interests.
We believe that integration among professional associations is a key pillar in supporting the national economy, developing competencies, and reinforcing the UAE’s position as a regional and global hub for professional and institutional excellence.
Regional Representation
The association represents state employees in the state employees in the Arab Labour Organization.
International Representation
The association represents state employees in the International Labour Organization.
